Join us Monday September 9 as we kick off our new season with a real ‘gem’. Inspired by a true story, The Sapphires follows four aboriginal Australian girls from an outback talent show to entertaining U.S. troops in Vietnam, as they search for the chance to realize their dreams.
Chris O’Dowd (Bridesmaids) plays Dave, their dissolute manager who recognizes their talent- and his opportunity.
This combination Dreamgirls, The Commitments, and Good Morning, Vietnam!, is a feel-good story with a sound track that will have you dancing in the aisles!
