The Lunchbox-March 24, 2014

A whole different form of ‘social media’!

TL2-300

Irrfan Khan ( Life of Pi, Slumdog Millionaire) stars in The Lunchbox in which a mistaken lunchbox delivery brings together two very different people—a neglected housewife and a grumpy widower on the verge of retirement—and paves the way for an unlikely romance. What starts as an innocent exchange about one’s cooking gradually develops into something more. Outside the confines of their daily lives, both characters feel free to express themselves in new ways, leading them both to question how they might find happiness.

Take two unhappy people, add one happy accident and you have the recipe for a movie feast for the eyes and emotions.
